Selger opplyser: For sale is our 1987 TEC Weltbummler 470 caravan. A charming and practical caravan with a spacious interior, solar panel, and two separate sleeping areas. We purchased the caravan in 2024 and enjoyed using it throughout the 2025 camping season. We went camping almost every weekend, and it served us very well. Before the 2025 season, I made several improvements: - Resealed all roof joints and seams. - Repainted the exterior. - Installed a solar panel on the roof. - Replaced the roof vents/skylights. Interior and equipment: - Two sleeping areas, each suitable for two people. - Separate sleeping area with a door for privacy. - Dining area with a table that can be lowered to create a large double bed. - Gas heating, working during our last use. - Gas stove, working during our last use. - Refrigerator (not tested by us). - Water system with working taps in the kitchen and bathroom during our last use. - Solar panel on the roof. - Plenty of storage cabinets. - Interior lighting. During the 2025 season, the caravan was dry, comfortable, and in good usable condition. Unfortunately, during the winter of 2025/2026, moisture entered the caravan, causing some damage to the interior walls. I started cleaning and renovating the affected areas but haven't had enough time to finish the work. The caravan is therefore being sold as a renovation project, ideal for someone who enjoys DIY projects and wants an affordable caravan to restore. Despite the current condition, it is a nice caravan with a practical layout and plenty of potential. Please read the condition description and see all photos before bidding.

The caravan is from 1987 and is being sold as a renovation project due to moisture and mould damage. During the winter of 2025/2026, the caravan was stored outside under a cover. A large amount of snow accumulated and pressed against the right side of the caravan, which I believe caused moisture to enter. As a result, some interior wall panels developed moisture damage and surface mould, particularly in the rear section. I started removing damaged surfaces and cleaning the affected areas, but unfortunately I haven't had time to complete the renovation. Known issues: - Moisture and mould damage on several interior wall surfaces. - The rear wall panel became noticeably soft and needs replacing. - Other affected areas appear to have mainly surface damage, but the full extent has not been investigated. - Some interior panels have already been partially stripped or cleaned. - Further cleaning, inspection, repairs, and interior finishing are required. - Hidden moisture damage cannot be ruled out. Mechanical and technical condition: During our last camping season in 2025, the gas heating, gas burners, and water system were working normally. We never used the refrigerator, either on gas or electricity, so I cannot confirm whether it works. The exterior lights are working, as shown in the photos. The brakes appear to be functioning, but they have not been professionally inspected. Since this is an older caravan and the systems have not been fully tested recently, I cannot guarantee their current condition. The caravan is sold in its current condition, with the known defects described above and shown in the photos. Buyers are welcome to inspect it before bidding. We really enjoyed using this caravan during 2025 and had many great weekend trips with it. Unfortunately, I simply don't have enough time to finish the repairs, so I hope someone else can give it a second life.
